You have the right to exchange products of equal value, as long as they have not been used or processed, within 4 calendar days of receipt.

In cases of withdrawal, the customer pays the transport costs for its return. Withdrawal means that the consumer can return the product if for any reason they change their mind.

Products made to special order are excluded from the right of return.

In this case we do not accept the return of the products.

Please note that returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unworn, damaged or otherwise, together with the retail receipt or invoice.

Please ensure that the packaging of the shipment is secure so that no damage is caused during transport.

We inform you that our company is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during the return transport.

In case of product return, your refund will be completed within thirty (10) days from the date of receipt of the products

Order cancellation

In case the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped and you want to cancel it, you can send us a cancellation email with the details of the order without having to state the reasons for canceling the order.

In case the product has been shipped again, you can cancel the order by sending an email to vizantinokosmos@gmail.com with the order details. 

In this case, you will have to bear the costs of shipping and returning the order.

3. In the event that no product problem is found, then:
 we notify you of the results of the check and send you the product 
 back at your own expense.

In the above cases, the customer may:
1) Either not to accept the receipt of the product in the first place.
2) Either to request its return, after consultation with vizantinokosmos on phone 6981143035. In any case, the products must be returned by the customer unused in the same condition as received. Warranty
