Methods of shipping goods for the online store www.vizantinokosmos.gr
1. Shipping via ELTA DOOR TO DOOR
Orders can be sent through the courier companies cooperating with www.vizantinokosmos.gr (elta courier.gr) for shipments within Greece and for shipments abroad. For the interior, the minimum shipping costs are 2.40 euros throughout Greece up to 2 kilograms actual or volumetric. For each additional kilo it is 1 euro. Also 2.11 euros Cash on delivery.
The courier company delivers to the address you wish (home, work, etc.), with the exception of the cases of hard-to-reach areas where your order is picked up by the nearest branch of the courier company.
Orders are processed and delivered within approximately 2-5 business days if the product is available. In case the product is available on the website, but for any reason there is a delay, you will be informed by phone.
We cannot modify orders if they have already been shipped.
2. Shipping with another shipping company.
For heavy or large volume products it is recommended to ship with a carrier of your choice.
Our company cooperates with major transport companies of Crete trying to cover even the most remote areas to be able to serve you.
If the shipping method is chosen with another carrier, the shipping costs are charged to the customer, who is informed by email about the shipping costs.
After you have completed your order we will contact you as soon as possible, via e-mail, to inform you about the availability of the product you have ordered.
For shipping with another shipping company, we inform you by e-mail about the shipping cost of your order, which should be deposited into the following Bank account:

3. Shipping with a transport company of the customer's choice.
For shipping with a transport company of the customer's choice, we are informed by e-mail about the transport company you have chosen.
NOTE: For large and bulky products, shipping is calculated based on their volume and not based on their actual weight.
NOTE: For purchases from countries outside the EU, customs clearance costs and local duties are borne by the customer.
Hellas
Shipping costs are borne by the customer according to the applicable shipping prices of the vizantinokosmos.gr website. If you choose to pay on delivery, you will also be charged the cash on delivery cost of €2.11, which is valid as a payment method only within Greece.
Abroad
Shipping costs are borne by the customer according to the applicable shipping prices of the vizantinokosmos.gr website
Payment of shipping costs is made upon delivery of the goods (for cash on delivery payments in Greece) or by direct debit to the card (for payments by credit or debit card) or by deposit to a bank account.
NOTES:
In the event that a product is damaged or destroyed during transport, the company undertakes to replace it immediately within 15 days, provided that the item is available or another one of your preference.

At this point we would like to inform you that although a product may be listed on our site it does not mean that it is immediately available. What you can be sure of is that we will do everything possible to serve you promptly.
Limitation & Liability
vizantinokosmos.gr is not liable to customers / users for damages that may arise from the non-execution of their order. It also reserves the right to deliver the goods in cases of force majeure. In the event that a product is damaged or destroyed during transport, the company undertakes to replace it. In cases of changes and returns, the company responds within 15 calendar days from receipt of the products.
Packing
vizantinokosmos.gr undertakes the packaging of your order at no additional cost to you.
Price policy
The customer always pays the price indicated in the price lists at the time of the order. The prices listed on each product refer to prices without VAT. Shipping costs when charged to the customer, are added to the final order confirmation along with VAT.
Warranty
The company undertakes to replace any defective product, or product that has been damaged or destroyed during transport only in the event that the transport company is not responsible. Within 15 days provided the item is available or with another of your preference.
